Suppose there are $n$ feasible routes between a specific origin and destination for selection. Decision is made only based on route's trip time. Namely, the faster the route is the more probable it will be selected. Now the probability about how likely one route is faster than another route is known, which is denoted as $p_{i|j}$, where $1\le i,j\le n$ and $i\neq j$. My question is if this known probability is enough to derive the probability of selecting any one route $p_i$ instead of any others?
